By accessing or using the Ritual website or mobile application (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Ritual connects users with beauty and wellness professionals offering salon, spa, and makeup services, as well as beauty-related products (“Services”).

2. Eligibility

To use Ritual, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

  • Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • You agree not to share your login details or allow unauthorized access.

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Ritual reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.

4. Services Provided

Ritual acts as a booking and discovery platform for salons, spas, makeup artists, and beauty product providers.
While we connect customers and service providers, Ritual does not directly provide salon or beauty services and is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or quality of third-party providers.

5. Payments

  • All payments are processed securely through approved third-party gateways.

  • Service prices are set by vendors and may include applicable taxes or platform fees.

  • Refunds or cancellations are subject to each vendor’s policy unless otherwise stated.

  • Ritual is not responsible for payment disputes between users and vendors but will assist in mediation when possible.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use Ritual for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

  • Misuse, hack, or disrupt the platform’s functionality.

  • Post or upload content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes on others’ rights.

Violation of these terms may result in account termination or legal action.

7. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors using Ritual must:

  • Provide accurate business information and pricing.

  • Maintain valid licenses and comply with local regulations.

  • Deliver services in a professional, hygienic, and safe manner.

Ritual reserves the right to remove vendors that receive consistent negative feedback or breach these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Ritual platform — including logos, text, images, software, and AI systems — is the property of Go Portal "Ritual" or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

9. AI Personalization

Ritual uses AI-driven algorithms to recommend salons, services, and products.
While designed to enhance user experience, recommendations are informational only and not a guarantee of quality or suitability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ritual is not liable for:

  • Any injury, loss, or damage arising from services provided by third-party vendors.

  • Platform downtime, errors, or technical issues.

  • Unauthorized access to your data due to factors beyond our control.

Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

11. Termination

Ritual may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

  • You violate these Terms.

  • Your activity poses security or legal risks.

  • You request deletion of your account.

Upon termination, your right to access the platform will immediately cease.

12. Changes to These Terms

Ritual may update these Terms & Conditions periodically.
Any changes will be posted on our platform, and the “Effective Date” will reflect the most recent update.
Your continued use of Ritual after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Abu Dhabi courts.
